Terms of service.

-Don’t have your Guest list ready yet? Order now and submit your final list no later than 3 weeks prior to your event date to itsrozeyboo@gmail.com

-If you do not have your list sent to me by the 3 week mark I will send a request for cancellation OR you will pay a $50 rush fee.

-Please proofread your Guest list for spelling errors. How you type your names or words is how I am going to make it.

-Please be aware that some fonts are all capitalized or are all lower case letters and cannot be altered.

-2 weeks prior to the event the final mock-up must be approved. Please note you are allowed 2 revisions to the mock-up designs, each revision after will be an additional $15 fee. This applies to seating charts and welcome signs only.

-Items will be ready for pick up in the 90804 one week prior to the event pending full payment has been received. Delivery is available for an additional fee.

-If you really want it shipped, shipping fees are not included and are additional. All previous rules apply with the 3 week exception. The lists all have to be e-mailed earlier by at least 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the event date.

Cancellations

-Items cancelled after 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the event can get a return of 25% of the cost. At this point, I would have already worked on the design and need to be compensated for my time.

Cancellations > 3 weeks before the event will get a return deposit of 50%.
